June 22, 2007, marked the 10th Anniversary of the Consecration to the Episcopacy of His Grace Job, Bishop of Kashira, Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in Canada. His Holiness Patriarch Alexis of Moscow and all Russia, in connection with this event, sent a congratulatory message to Vladyka Job.

In his letter, the Patriarch described the Bishop's successful service and his loyalty to his vocation, and wished him strength, patience, success and the abundant help of God in his service for the good of the Church. He also informed him that to mark his toils and the 10th anniversary of his Consecration to the Episcopacy, the Bishop was awarded with the Order of St. Sergey of Radonezh, 2d Class.
