110th Anniversary of the First Orthodox Liturgy in Canada |

On July 22, 2007 Patriarchal Parishes in Canada will celebrate 110th Anniversary of the First Orthodox Holy Divine Liturgy on Canadian soil. Celebration will be held on the Orthodox Centenary Site by Wostok Church (exact place of the first liturgy). Celebration will include Divine Liturgy with His Grace Iov, Bishop of Kashira and the reverend clergy of the Patriarchal Parishes Fr. Sergey Kipriyanovich, Fr. Igor Kisil and Fr. John Shandra officiating, potluck lunch and fellowship. Orthodox Centenary Site is located on RR182, half a mile north of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, Wostok on the West side of the road (your left) or take Hwy 45 east and turn right (south) on Road 182; go south.
